Cancellation and Refunds
Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within the billing period.
Refund Policy
Since our content is digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:
- Subscription plans once activated
- Accessed spiritual stories, meditations, or video content
- Missed or skipped content during your subscription period.
Exceptions (Refunds May Be Considered)
Refunds may be granted only under the following rare conditions:
- Duplicate payment for the same subscription
- Technical issues that prevent access and are unresolved within 3 business days.
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification).
To request a refund under these conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with relevant proof (e.g., payment receipt, error screenshots).
Live Events or Timed Sessions
If you register for a live or timed spiritual session:
- Cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours before the session begins.
- You may receive a credit for future content or a rescheduled session (subject to availability).
Disputes and Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us. We are committed to resolving issues respectfully. Fraudulent claims may result in account suspension.
